Use of the site
By accessing or using tirangagamewin.in.net ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. Tiranga Game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site. By registering or playing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that online gaming is lawful in your state or union territory. Residents of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, and any other jurisdiction where skill-based or chance-based online games are restricted by statute are prohibited from participating. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before using the Site.
Permitted use and account responsibilities
Your licence to use the Site is limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable. You must not use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access to our servers, transmit malicious code, or deploy automated bots or scripts without our express written permission. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. This site processes no deposits or withdrawals. Any financial transactions you conduct on the Tiranga Game platform are governed solely by the Tiranga Game operator's own Terms of Service and are entirely the responsibility of that operator.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio and video clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall look and feel, is owned by or licensed to Tiranga Game and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any Site content is a civil and criminal offence under Indian law.
Trademarks
The Tiranga Game name, logo, and all related marks, slogans, and trade dress are the registered or common-law trademarks of Tiranga Game. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use such marks in advertising, on social media, or in any commercial context without our express prior written consent. Third-party trademarks appearing on the Site, including payment provider marks such as PhonePe, GPay, and BHIM, remain the property of their respective owners.
User-submitted content
By submitting any content to the Site, including chat messages, reviews, screenshots, or gameplay data, you grant Tiranga Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and fully sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute that content in any medium. You warrant that you own or control all rights in the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or defamation rights. Tiranga Game reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.
Limitation of liability
The Site and all content, games, and services offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Tiranga Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Exclusion of consequential loss
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Tiranga Game, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if Tiranga Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Cap on direct liability
In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds Tiranga Game liable for direct damages notwithstanding the exclusions above, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand rupees), reflecting the fact that this site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory Indian law.
